If your’e next in line to walk down the aisle I would count yourself lucky (when it comes to the dress department). Never has there been such a wonderful array of dresses on offer from the high street. Brides on a budget have so much choice from an ever expanding bridal collection, from Topshop to Whistles, to ASOS to name only a few, you actually wonder why even those NOT on a budget would bother spending large sums of money, that is how good the options are! I have narrowed down some of my favourites (which may not be yours) but hopefully a link may open the door to your perfect dress minus the hefty price tag….
To me the fabric used to make this dress is absolutely everything, the most delicate lace that has a small foil print all over is so intricate and different. For the unconventional bride! I also think this style would suit a small bust because of the low neckline and wrap style front. Shop here
This elegant dress is a combination of romance and simplicity and would in my opinion take everyones breath away. Perhaps for the slightly taller silhouette having the empire line. Or maybe even a the perfect style for a bride who’s expecting 😉 Shop here
Having a vintage wedding? This little beauty couldn’t be a better fit for the more casual bride, one of the prettiest dresses I’ve seen. Shop here
A structured embellished gown in the most flattering style to suit any figure. Shop here
This beautifully elegant gown is modern but timeless, with its bardot style top and beautifully shaped silhouette gives it a simplicity that will never date. Shop here
Looking at all these beauties wishes I could pick my dress all over again!

Casual Comforts is how Im feeling right now. The temps should be warming up later in the week, and gradually more so as April inconspicuously springs it’s pretty self upon us, but as we transition across to Spring it’s difficult to start breaking out into skirts without tights, short sleeves and god forbid we need to get those winter feet out into sandals! This outfit will keep you at the perfect temp, has the right amount of ventilation without showing any skin but still looking stylish and slightly sexy in a comfortable manner, no?! I love the flattering jeans with the wide weaved knit which has a lowish V-back. You will be hitting the ground running in the style steaks with these open sided shoes which are bang on trend, again feeling less wintery but without really putting the white feet on show completely! Grab your hand held clutch and a chunky ring and you’re looking ever so covetable. Remember feeling comfortable is the key to looking confident and good. It’s my pleasure!

It’s time for another work wardrobe boost. The weather is really hotting up here in London (most days), I know its scorching in NY and around Europe. For my friends in SA and Oz, if you are feeling a little chilly, put these in the bank for a sunnier day!
Cool easy to wear outfits that look smart and feel light and easy are a breeze to be in. It’s so refreshing to throw something on and look amazingly chic, but the process has been completely effortless. That’s what I want to help you with here. Three simple but gorgeous work outfits that will take you into the evening. We know how crazy the social life is after hours during the London summer.

If you read my post here about essential summer wardrobe top up’s you will remember that I mentioned how vital a sparkly top is for the wardrobe. I was out with friends on Friday night at Jak’s just off the Kings Road (highly recommend for a dinner or a razzle) and we were all commenting on how amazing the sparkly tops looked that we spotted been worn around the venue in the dim lighting . It just reaffirmed what I was saying, do yourself a favour and get some sparkle or shine onto that spine! Our friend Tia won the sparkle award for the evening in her gorgeous embellished sleeveless jacket and sparkly shoes!
A great way to style sequins is to tone the sparkly garment down by pairing it with a casual contrasting item. A sparkly skirt with a plain tee or a sequin top with slouchy jeans or trousers.
